An insurance company wanted insight into their existing application so that they could understand what areas were getting the most traction from their users, going through multiple tiers of user roles and visibility levels .
Planning & Timeline
Working with another analyst, we analyzed their current application layout in order for us to assess how to set up Google Analytics events and tags.
We gained understanding of permissions and access of different user tiers, as well as layout and organization for further analytics analysis and KPI definition.
The challenge was the complexity, size, and usability of the app, as well as user types and overlapping accessibility.
We had to map out their current system, actions, and user role visibility
